  International Visitors, workers and students can drive on their dodgy Licences in Australia the very next day they land here But VicRoads would not give probationary Licence to fellow Ethnic Australian who performed fairly well in Driving Test. VicRoads will fail them deliberately to make money. Stop the double standards.
  
  When you go for a driving Test they ask, have you taken classes from Driving school? Do you have International Licence?
  
  They should instead judge people’s driving skills during Test.
  They should not presume anything.
  All they emphasise is that book the next Test.
  
  Most of the LTO’s are ladies and they misuse their authority.
  
  They blame other road users mistakes on you as well.
  
  These LTOs even do not know that if you look Speedo meter from front passenger seat, the speed will always look 2/3 kms/ hour more because you are looking at an angle and they will fail you for speeding.
