  Only buy items you can pick up at the time from this store!!!!!!!!!!!
  
  Got a call to say that our refrigerator had arrived.
  We picked up my brothers trailer, headed in 2 days later and they said that the fridge was at the other location and because of the incovience that they would deliver the fridge "we said that was fine, but my mum was waiting on the fridge we had to use at her new house.
  
  I called in the morning and they said that dispatch will call at 9.30 and let me know what time they will be dropping it off.
  I waited till 1230 and called them back wanting to find out what time the fridge will be getting delivered.
  
  And Jason said that 'we weren't going to deliver the
  Fridge
  I finally said that we would have to come the following day to pick it up- we live 35mins away from this store '
  
  When we picked up the fridge it had been discounted after we had brought it and we paid full price; Jason said that they will reimburse us the difference for the inconvenience.
  
  To this day it has been 2-3 weeks since we had the issues with the fridge and no reimbursement.
  
  I am really disappointed in the service you receive at this store and will be making the extra effort to go to the Hoppers Corssing store to avoid their terrible service
